Marks issues stale after 60 days of inactivity and closes them 7 days later (the action defaults). Pull requests are not touched.

Adds the official actions/stale workflow, running daily (plus manual
workflow_dispatch).Settings (the action defaults, written out explicitly):
stalelabel and a comment.pinnedorsecurityare exempt.days-before-pr-stale: -1). Drop those two lines to apply the same policy to PRs.Uses
actions/stale@v11, the current major release.
